They are collections of essays written for a conference held in Cambridge in March 2012, 'Building a Shared Future: Rethinking Muslim/non-Muslim Relations', organised by the Centre of Islamic Studies and the British Council's Our Shared Future project. Contributing authors include scholars, academics, journalists and civil society leaders from the US and Europe.
